Chris is an experienced military and civilian aviator and leader within both Rotary- and Fixed-Wing environments. Having spent 25 years as an Army officer and pilot, leading teams in a variety of operational theatres, in more recent years he has specialised and qualified in the fields of Human Factors and Human Performance. He has developed and delivered tailored guidance and training to professional groups across a range of complex, technical roles, including medical, commerce, energy, elite sport and aerospace.
Qualified as an operator and instructor within the uncrewed (drones) environment, he has extensive knowledge across the sector and is thus uniquely placed to assist teams in navigating the increasingly demanding challenges faced in such operations.
Grant is an accomplished multi-aircraft and multi-crew position aviator, with over 34 years of aerospace experience, both Rotary- and Fixed-wing. He has had the privilege to develop human potential in some of the world's most isolated areas in both training and operations, to a broad spectrum of professionals in aerospace, medicine, finance, elite sport and engineering to name but a few. He is passionate about maximising talent by improving human performance whilst assisting organisations to develop their performance culture from the top to the bottom.
Grant is married to Julia, with two grown-up children and he has an acute passion for long-distance unassisted overland adventure motorcycle travel in his spare time.
